I've been meaning to make this blog for a long time, to talk about political issues, to discuss news stories and feminist issues, new research and anything else that I find interesting. Particularly, I want to do a close reading of Twilight, to show how much of a bad influence (on writing, on women, on plot structure, etc.) it is - but I haven't yet.
Then the Icepocalypse '10. The equivalent of God forsaking Oklahoma to Mother Nature's power - allowing the weathermen to jizz in excitement as they report Satan's new hold across the state. (Just to let you know, IT'S NOT THAT BAD. Stay inside and drink some cocoa and you'll be fine. Seriously.)
I did all (okay, most) of my homework and have a four-day weekend. So, I decided to finally bring to fruition what I have wanted to do for a long time: a blog-rant.

ReplyDeleteWell, you should wait somewhat patiently. I am working on it, but it's about the State of the Union address, so it'll be long and take a while. (I am adding comments to the speech, so it is fun!)
